The usage method of atomizing mask
There are two main atomization principles used for atomizing cup masks, one is ultrasonic atomizer and the other is compression atomizer.
Ultrasonic atomizer: Utilizing the principle of ultrasound to atomize medication.
The spray of the ultrasonic atomizer has no selectivity to the aerosol particles, so most of the drug particles generated can only be deposited in the upper respiratory tract such as the mouth and throat, and because the amount of deposition in the lungs is small, it cannot effectively treat the lower respiratory tract diseases. At the same time, due to the large and fast mist particles generated by ultrasonic nebulizers, patients inhale too much water vapor, which humidifies the respiratory tract. The dry and thick secretions that originally blocked the bronchi in the respiratory tract absorb water and expand, increasing respiratory resistance and possibly causing hypoxia. In addition, ultrasonic nebulizers can cause the medication to form water droplets and hang on the inner cavity wall, which is not effective for lower respiratory diseases and has a high demand for drugs, resulting in waste.
Air compression atomizer: also known as jet atomization, is based on the Venturi jet principle. It uses compressed air to form a high-speed airflow through a small nozzle, and the negative pressure generated drives liquid or other fluids to be sprayed onto the obstruction. Under high-speed impact, the droplets splash around and turn into mist like particles, which are ejected from the outlet pipe.
advantage:
1. Efficient oil-free piston compressor, no need for cooling water during atomization, daily maintenance free, and easier and more convenient operation; Atomization of raw materials, no need for dilution, good clinical effect; Almost no drug residue, high drug utilization rate;
2. More convenient to operate and use, the product is equipped with a 2-meter trachea, providing ample room for movement and can be used for sitting or lying down. The atomization component is lightweight and easy to wear and hold;
3. Atomization uses the original drug for nebulization, with an appropriate amount of nebulization inhaled within a relatively long treatment time. It is not easy to cause swelling of the mucous membrane on the inner wall of the trachea, resulting in tracheal blockage. The atomized particles are ultra-fine and not easy to collide and combine. It is comfortable for human inhalation and can enter the bronchi, lungs, and other air ducts. The clinical effect is excellent, making it particularly suitable for the treatment of lower respiratory tract diseases;
4. Pure mechanical products with extremely low failure rate, low maintenance costs, long service life, generally used normally for 5-10 years.
